HERBERT SCHORY

I am very sorry to hear that your Dad and Grandpa had died!! He was a great man and a friend, I am really going to miss him too! He was a special man to our family too, and we are so glad that we had got to know him! :) I am so glad that he is with his wife again and he he is happy wth no pain.

During those difficult years when my children were small, the Schory's were a wonderful support. They always asked how they could be of help. "Brother" Schory, a big man, crawled up in our attic and installed two different ceiling fans, along with the necessary wiring to run each with a wall switch. Brother Schory liked to think "out of the box", to invent his own ways to solve technical problems. His work ethic was top-notch; he never did any task in a shoddy or sub-standard manner. We consider Brother Shory to have been a true friend to our family, a shining example of dedicated service to his God and fellow man. He was someone who could be depended on to be there in any time of need.

I thank God for the opportunity to have had the blessing of knowing and associating with an individual of Brother Schory's caliber.

My Uncle Herb was a kind, generous, and caring soul who always made time to help others in need. Even though we didn't get to see him often, the visits we did have were special. I will cherish the memories of this special and accomplished man I am proud to call Uncle. May the special memories each of you have help to sustain you through this difficult time. My deepest sympathies to all.

Herb was a very talented man in many ways. Very generous to his famil and always there to help wehn needed. I shall miss him indeed.

I worked in the stake with Herb many years ago. I is a fine man. I always had great respect with his undieing work in family history. My the Lord bless you at this time.
