My Dear Paul, life went to fast and we lost touch. I wanted to share with you and did not have time (a reminder to me once again say it now for it will be too late...) you were a true friend in High School, a protector of bruised heart, I had about being over-weight, never letting anyone in your presence make jokes/comments about me. Paul, you offered me a sense of belonging...in a world where thin girls were "in" but pretty fat girls were not cool...well times of changed~~a "little". When I put together the 10 yr class reunion, along with our dear friend Joey Millette, you spoke to me that evening and said, "Thank you, and reminded me I was still a pretty girl...6 months pregnant with my third child..once again reminded me how you made me feel comfortable in my own skin...I am regrettable sad, I did not stay in touch, you will always be a good friend and a "good man" in my world. My thoughts and prayers to the family, thank you for gift of Paul...always with love, Bridget Armstrong-Lund

Paul my friend, rest in peace. You were a good man and a great Father. Watching you with your kids was always such a pleasure. Go with God and rest in peace knowing we are all here doing all we can for the kids.

I met Paul when I was a young girl. He had long blonde hair and a beard. He wore 501 bell bottom jeans with no shirt..;-)and drove a BIG BLUE TRUCK.
At the time his best friend was Malcom his pit bull.
He was a BIG part of my life and I will never forget the LOVE we had for one another.
