Dear Kim & Family,

I heard about Bob's passing from John Caveny and send my thoughts and prayers to all of you. We played on the same teams in grammar and high school and he was always the most competitive and best player on the floor. The fondest memory that I will cherish is the 2 hour phone conversation we had before his last trip to Syracuse for the Hall of Fame Induction.

So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We were good friends when we were just kids. I lived across the street and was fortunate enough to know the whole family, and play many basketball yards in his back yard.

May he rest in peace.

To the Kallfelz Family, for three years I was given the dubious duty of guarding Bob when St. Johns played Assumption back in the Parochial League in the late '50's. Without a doubt one of the top three who ever came out of the league as a player and a person. My thoughts and prayers are extended to you all at this time.
