LEE PARSONS Lee L. Parsons, of Las Vegas, passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012. He was born June 9, 1929, in Kingfisher, Okla., and was a 55-year resident of Nevada. He was a retired stagehand and a 50-year Gold Card Member of IATSE 720. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, stepfather and friend. Lee is survived by his beloved wife, Jeanne; son, Rob Parsons (Nicolienne); daughter, Renee Ferris (Steven); stepsons, Vinnie D'Angelo (Sandy) and Carmen D'Angelo; grandchildren, Jennifer, Adam, Miranda, Kylee, Carina, Casey and Colby; and great-grandchildren, Devan, Alissa, Logan and Corbin. Celebration of life services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.

Add to that list "...he was a great friend". Lee was one of the first people I met when I became a stagehand, & he sat on the Executive Board when I was President & Danny Stadtlander was B.A. He was a guiding light & a helping hand to me @ that time & for years to follow. I'll miss his wry smile. My prayers go out to his wonderful family. Rest in peace 'ol buddy.

Robbie and family, my thoughts are with you. I was lucky enough to work with Lee at the Frontier in the early 70's, and later on Maui, when he came with Wayne Newton. Lots of memories....Dave Sarandria
