Uncle Bill was one of the kindest people I've ever known. We would always have Sunday brunch together after church. I miss him a lot and I'm so glad to know he's in Heaven.

I remember Bill Felix as a good-natured man who relished bisquits and gravy and loved to tell funny stories. But more than that, Bill was a thoughtful gentleman who loved his family and praised them often. He was a dedicated, honored soldier and patriot of the first order. What a noble country America would be if we had more of his caliber. Bill, I will sorely miss you and wish you Godspeed. Your friend Larry Kind
