I don't have many specific memories of Mr. Keisic but what I do remember is how he loved watching Ann Marie play soccer. He rarely missed a Cousino Patriot game. I remember Mr. Keisic always being kind and knowledgeable and an amazing fan of our team. I'm so sad to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of those who loved Mr. Keisic.

I met Dennis 1st as a young engineer in GKN, learned a lot from him and we are still using some of his documents. His patience, understanding for new ideas and way of working was a great example to myself and colleagues. Helping others was his passion! My thoughts are with his family and friends, we will miss him.

Mr. Keisic was a wonderful, kind, and caring man who was the father of my best friend, Ann Marie, his beloved daughter. I got to know her entire family over the course of our friendship but I got to know her father especially well after the man, out of the goodness of his heart, helped me work through by fear and anxiety of driving on the freeway by encouraging me to drive home together after helping him move Ann Marie to veterinarian school in Champaign, IL. Throughout the entirety of the 8 hour drive, Mr. Keisic and I shared stories and his gentle demeanor and encouragement helped me merge with ease on the freeway and steady by nerves. I could tell then he was a great father and further illustrated why I came to cherish and appreciate Ann Marie's friendship, she had a wonderful father. We listened to the soundtrack to Les Miserables and the Rolling Stones and talked about my future career plans and he shared his story of being in the Navy and going to the University of Detroit, where I was about to start my Ph.D.. Then when we came home, Mr. Keisic spent 1.5 hours in a parking lot helping me learn how to parallel park. Much has been said and written on this tribute wall about Mr. Keisic's kindness, nature, and heart. He did all this for his daughter's high school friend, and I will never forget his kindness. That speaks truly to his character. He will be missed, he is still beloved, and I hope the entire Keisic family, who I have come to see as part of my own, will find peace.

We have lost an inspirational and foundational member of the GM Family. Dennis was known and respected by many within GM. His knowledge and skills were sought after by many, and he mentored many of our newest. His friendship was given freely to all. Dennis always wanted to make sure that everyone was doing well and offered his assistance if needed. I appreciate his service to our country and sharing his vivacity with all of us.

My condolences to the family. I had known Dennis for 25 years as both a co-worker and as a customer. Dennis was always very kind and thoughtful. He was genuinely interested in helping teammates solve problems and really enjoyed working with people. He made a positive impact on many and will be missed.

Dear Chris, Lori Ann, Andrew, Ann Marie and Family,
I send my condolences and sympathies to you during this difficult time. Dennis shared so much love and compassion to everyone he knew. His gentle way of making you feel special was such a gift. My brother-in-law, Rick Swando, introduced me to Dennis in the 70's. First impression was "what a cool guy!" Always looked forward to talking to Dennis at family get togethers. Dennis would keep me informed of all of your accomplishments! I was honored to work with him at GM Milford Proving Ground. Dennis called me in a panic when his project needed an engine that inadvertently didn't get ordered. Boy was I elated when i found that engine just in time. Dennis couldn't thank me enough. I was so happy to assist the hardest, devoted engineer at GM. I'll never forget our weekly lunches while in Milford. I could barely eat from all the laughing. Dennis would crack me up with his funny jokes. I will always be thankful for sharing his life showing me to be a kind, caring Christian. Love you Dennis forever . . .

Our deepest sympathies go out to all of you. Dennis was a very kind, smiling, happy go lucky guy. He was the kind of neighbor everyone wanted. Anytime you needed help he was there. Every time we would visit my parents, and Dennis was outside, we would walk over with the dog just to say hi. But most of all Dennis will be remembered as the neighbor who ALWAYS passed out the best Halloween candy on the block. May God bless you all.

I hope that sharing my impression of Dennis will comfort his loved ones, although I have never met them. Dennis was above all, always willing to help his coworkers. He was friendly and kind, but also skilled and took pride in his work. His passing is a loss in many ways, most certainly to his family - please know that we will miss his daily contributions, that helped us all progress through the issues we tackle together. I hope that the love you are shown, and the memories shared will be a comfort. His passing seemed so sudden, and hearing of it really saddened me. I will be praying for your peace and healing as you celebrate his life.

My deepest sympathies to all of you. Dennis was an active and
appreciated member of the Warren Cousino High School Family.
No surprise that all his children are productive members of society. I enjoyed very much spending time with him driving to Olivet College to watch Ann Marie play soccer.

Great memories and interactions with Dennis started while he was the boot/sealing expert at GKN Auburn Hills. Later we worked together on the SAE Driveline committee on new standards. Most recently, it was always a pleasure to see him at the new GKN facility for GM meetings. Dennis always was a positive, quick witted and dedicated engineer within the automotive community. Please accept my personal thoughts, and prayers for the loss of your great family member.

Dennis with his ready smile was a classmate and more recently poker mate of George. He was happy to assist in a cabinet building project at our home and always enjoyed our home-baked treats. May the family know that they are held up with prayers. Blessings in faith for comfort at this time of loss.

As my Team Leader in the GKN Driveline Auburn Hills Test Lab, Dennis was always an inspiration and a mentor. He led with wisdom and kindness.

After he moved on to GM and returned to GKN as a customer, although not my official business contact, I was always delighted to hear he was in the building, and made my way to say 'hello' and share a handshake. He continued to give me words of encouragement, with that Dennis smile and unique Dennis chuckle.

Dennis: I will truly miss your chance visits, words, and handshakes. Thank you for being an enriching part of my life and sharing a bit of yours with me.

Dennis was a great teacher and I learned a lot from him in our short time working together many years ago at GKN. So sorry for your family's loss.

I think of Dennis more of a friend than an associate, although that is how we met. I was teaching a Weibull Workshop class for GKN in Auburn Hills some 20 years ago now, and Dennis was the GKN engineering coordinator at that time bringing me in for the class. I was mystified at how Dennis considered me like family the very first time I saw him. I found out later that he did that for everyone. Years after we met, Dennis would keep in touch and eventually became a welcome addition to that same class I still teach. I saw him in the middle of last month (August) when he came in to help me as an associate instructor for this Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) sponsored class. It's hard to believe that this great human being, and super-friend, is gone only a month after that. He has stayed in my home near Los Angeles a few times, and I got to tour SpaceX with him when Andrew took us around the place. Dennis will be missed by me and everyone who ever spent any time with him including I'm sure his recent co-workers at GM. I imagine Dennis is solving technical problems for God now.

Dennis taught in several Weibull classes with me. He was always upbeat, friendly, and patient with all the students when they needed help working out homework problems. After class we had good times at baseball and hockey games. I will miss him greatly.

I had the privilege of working with Dennis at GM. He was the friendly, helpful person who was always first to arrive at meetings, and the last to leave, making sure you had everything you needed. He was always upbeat and personable, I consider myself extremely lucky to have been able to work with Dennis, and to be able to get to know him on a personal basis. His smiling face will be forever missed.
