Without a doubt...one of the best voices in country music. Sad that his time here on Earth is over, but he will live with us forever in his songs. Goodbye George...

Very saddened when I heard the news about George. I grew up in Barberton, Ohio, the hometown of George and Lorrie Morgan and am a fan of the Possum all my life. We moved to Spring Hill a year and half ago. One of the first adventures in Tennessee was to visit your home. And to be there at Christmas with the rocking chair and beautiful lights was beyond description. His music is so tremendous and each song gives such a meaning. I'm sorry I never had the privilege to meet and talk with George. Nancy and family, please know our prayers and thoughts are with George and all of you. May God bless all of you.
