For 37 years, I have watched Frank, up close, love his family, do his job and have fun. He was a caregiver without fanfare; a great pal to tip a few with; a very passionate Red Wing fan and he never noticed if you shaved a few strokes on the golf course. We have been together all over the country, in Amsterdam and all over Ireland. He was the same guy: quiet, funny and he always had your back. He was a formidable opponent but a better friend. he loved his children, his grandchildren and his family. He was a great Trade Unionist, mentor and friend. The world is a lesser place without him.
