Dear Mary,
We just heard, actually read about Paul in the retiree voice newsletter. So, so sorry. Paul and my husband George Koloian were good friends and dedicated union men. We hold many fond memories, and our hearts go out to you. Sincerely, Norma Koloian, and daughter Georgina.
We are sure those 876 boys are organizing all the angels right now. Many sweet condolences to the whole Sliver family. May your memories comfort you at this very sad time. The Chuck Lodico Family.

Dear Mary and family, So sorry to hear of Paul's passing but want you to know I am praying for each of you during this difficult time. May His grace be sufficient for each new day. I'm sorry I can't be with you for the Memorial Service but I will be praying for you. Psalm 46:10 Ruth Boyce
While I never met Mr. Sliver, I do see the ripples of his life through his family, specifically his son Steve. It was heartwarming to read Scott's entry in this guestbook that it was actually Steve's father who started the tradition of walking around singing “When you're smilin'…” Because, here at the Department of Environmental Quality we frequently hear Paul's son singing those same notes. My sincere condolences to all of his family and friends.
