He always had something to say to make you laugh i have not seen him and aunt Alice for quite a few years they use to visit us here in Virgina my mom and Alice are sisters ...love you all .... Mack and Pam fuller
Uncle Vernon will be greatly missed. I will never forget his plaid shirts. Even as a little kid I loved to wear my "Uncle Vernon" shirt and I will always have an "Uncle Vernon" shirt in my wardrobe. His love of the outdoors was infectious...just don't put ketchup on the fish! So many great memories...Now he is in a better place and I am sure Gramps will be waiting to show him around! xoxo
What a blessing to have known such a great man ! Not just because he was Jims dad but he was also a friend. I will miss joking with him and making him laugh. Some day we will me again !
I don't think we realize how precious memories are until someone we love so dearly passes. I caught my first walleye with Uncle Vernon, and I am extremely grateful Larry and I got to go fishing with him one last time.
I loved to hear his hunting and fishing stories growing up, he told them with such enthusiasm and energy. I owe my love of the outdoors to both my Dad and my Uncle Vernon.
You are deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
The memories I have of Andy are from when I was little. I will always have him in my memory as Jimmy's dad, down the street, I remember the late summer nights, waiting to see what fish he caught. His slow stroll across the street.and you can't forget the greenest grass on the block, I'm sure he will be missed, but I know he was greeted in heaven with open arms by a few angels who are already there!
