Dear Grace and Family,
We were truly saddened to learn of your loss. Frank was a great American and a dedicated servant of the Lord. He served his community and touched many lives in such a positive way. I can't tell you of the number of times that people have told me how helpful he was to them when they visited the Houston County Justice Center. He will truly be missed. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

To the family, your dad mentored me and was one of the finest men I have ever known. He always had a smile and deserved many hugs. Joy was wherever he was, it's in heaven now.
