He drove our bus, he taught Social Studies and I shopped at Belks. I never knew he served in the War. With all respect and rest in peace..Danny Vorreyer
Jackie and Larry,
I am so very sorry to hear of Mr. Harrell's death. He was such a bright light whenever I saw him at Central or Belks! I will always remember him. He was a wonderful man who left a great family legacy; take comfort in all your precious memories of him.
It is very difficult to say good-bye to such a great person as Mr. Tom. It is my prayer that God will give comfort to his family at this time. I am very thankful for having known him over a period of time. Many thanks for his contributions to education and sales skills at Belk.
Prayers go to his family. I worked with Mr. Harrell at Belk's back in the 70's and he was a fine man.
I enjoyed working with and getting to know Mr. Harell at Belks many years ago. He was a true Christian and very kind man. Though I am saddened to read of his death, I know he is with the Lord in heaven. May God bless and comfort his family at this time.

Bro. Tom was a fine man. I never go into Belk without thinking of him. Praying God's love will comfort the family during this time.
I have many good memories of Mr. Harrell after teaching across the hall from him at Tabor for nine years. He was a fine gentleman. My prayers go out to his family.
Mr. Harrell was my government teacher at Tabor, and he always taught the lessons well and was kind and encouraging to all.

So sorry to hear about your dad. Nothing anyone can say can ever help you feel any better and of course, bring them back. Please know that I feel for you and hope that this gets better for you soon.

He was always such a warm and friendly man. He will be missed by many.
Jackie and Family,
Mr. Harrell will be fondly remembered by myself and all of his students he taught at Tabor. He was always willing to go above and beyond to help you at Belks. He had a quiet gentle way about him. May God Bless and keep you during this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
