Rex was one of a kind. A gentle soul, who loved everyone and everyone loved him. I know I will miss him very much. His favorite bird was a cardinal, now whenever I see one I will remember him with fondness. Sympathy to his Daughter, Jillian and his family

As a child of the days of Boon Town, it is hard to imagine that time and place to have passed. My family and I were also part of the 25th anniversary trip to CA. What an absolutely amazing well organized fun adventure with 700 other Boom Towners. Our entire family will always have him in our hearts.

I was a student in an youth acting workshop taught by Rex. Thirty years later I still remember how wonderful he was with everyone in the class. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

after reading the full obituary on my childhood hero ,Rex Trailer, I did not realize that he focused on children with disabilities. I work closely with people with disabilities, instilled in me by Rex no doubt. A man of many talents! RIP
