RIP Mr Greig. You were never one to back down from a contest, or an opponent. Even though you played for England, you showed that true Aussie grit every time you pulled your pads on.

I loved your honest commentary, but most of all your love of Australia. You have already been missed in the commentary box and it is so sad knowing we won't hear you again.

Rest In Peace Tony Grieg. Growing up as a Sri Lankan family in Australia, you have always had a special spot in our hearts. You changed the meaning of cricket for us- your passion towards the game, your kindness and loving nature will be dearly missed. We have missed hearing your voice over the last couple of months in the commentary box but we know that Channel 9 will carry on your legacy. Your memories will be in our hearts forever and you will never be forgotten. You are in a better place now. We send our deepest condolences to family and friends.
