I have raised two grandchildren myself and hope I and my husband can do justice to our grandchildren as Miss Dunham did for her grandson the President of the United States Of America. To the family and friends who still grieve may the God who comforts all continue to comfort you.

God allowed both, Dr. Martin Luther King and His servant Moses, to see the promise land before He took them to be with Him. I believe He held Madelyn Dunham's hand the day before the election, as she watched her wonderful grandson Barack Obama, win the 08 National Presidential Election the day before it came to pass. What an awesome job she did raising and caring for him and what a precious gift he is to our nation and to the world. I will continue to keep the Obama family in my prayers.

Youth group from Tampa, FL would like to present President Barack Obama with bronze sculpture of his grandmother embracing him during his graduation.
The students ages 12-18 raised $3,500 during this past year to do something special for the President and his family. They traveled from Tampa to Washington to try to deliver it but they were very unsuccessful. Please help us deliver this sculpture to president.

To The Family....I am sorry for your loss. I thank you ( Mrs. Dunham ) for raising your grandson, especially in a time where racial tension ran high. You did a wonderful job and helped to mold, the Leader of the Free World. May God continue to bless your family.
