*May God bless & comfort your family. I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful grandmother. I don't have the "right" words nor "the answer to your pain" BUT do know I am with you in your pain . We will continue in prayer - you are not alone dear people.

My condolences to Madelyn Dunham's loved ones. I hope she was aware of just how much her grandson Barack has already transformed our democracy. 90% voter turnout anticipated in my great state of Virginia. What a tribute to a great woman. May God hold the Dunham and Obama families in the palm of His Hand.

I was hopeful that she would be able to see her Grandson make history, perhaps she will see from above. The proudest moment of my political life was when I voted for her Grandson. I savored the moment for a full minute, before filling out the rest of my ballot. Sincerest condolances to her family and thanks for the gift she has left our nation.
