Fathers day is coming up. What I would do to have my Dad here. To give him a kiss and a hug. To just sit and talk to him. My Dad was always ready to have fun making someone happy. He never thought about his self. I will think of something special to do for him because he is special to me. I Love and Miss Dad. I think about you every day! What I would do to have you back.

Donna,
I am sorry about your loss. I remember how you would always be telling me stories about your weekend or your holiday shutdown and every time there was a story about Mom and Dad coming over, or going out to get something to eat or going to Mom and Dads. You are truly blessed to have 2 parents that stayed together for so long and to have so many memories of them in your life. Think about the positive and stay strong! Let me know if there is anything I can do for you! Take care my friend!

My father was a mentor and molder. He was also a friend and companion. The things I love in life we had in common. His love for children. His love of animals. And his love for the great outdoors. Hunting, fishing, gardening and so many others. He never met a stranger. He took people as they are. No matter their walks of life. He taught me to keep my chin up. And how to be strong. And he is not gone. He is in my heart and memories.

I will miss my Dad greatly in the coming years, he was always there when I needed him, was my rock when I lost my only child too soon, and never stopped being concerned for my well-being. He put on a tux for my wedding, even though he didn't think he was a tuxedo kind of guy, and danced the father daughter dance with me, even though he couldn't dance a step. All because it would make me happy...That was a long time ago, but it seems like a very short time to me. I love him dearly, and he'll be in my thoughts forever...
