Offering my deepest condolences during this difficult time, I'm so very sorry for your loss, death is something we are never prepared for, but please find comfort in knowing sickness, pain and death will one day be no more.

I can't believe this has happened! First of all I like to say I'm 40 years old and I have listen to Slayer since I was 19 years old. There are my favorite band of all time. I never thought any of them would die so soon. I just watched a video of them in live concert the other day. May you rest in peace and I will see you on the other side. ( South of Heaven)

Growing up as a metalhead in the 80's the one band that I was actually AFRAID to listen to was Slayer. Now I'm in my mid 40's and am no longer afraid of them, but have come to truly love and appreciate their music. Thank you Jeff for your contribution to the music world, and I'm sorry that I never got to see you play live. R.I.P. South of Heaven.
