I just learned of Bill's passing. I am deeply saddened and wish to extend my most sincere condolences to Bill's family.

I was Bill's first supervisor at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and really appreciated his work ethic and sense of humor. I tried to pass on my years of experience to him and some must have taken because he eventually rose to be the head of the Ship Silencing Branch.

I last talked with Bill about a year ago at a retirement party for a mutual colleague. He seemed his jolly self and enjoyed what he was doing. I guess you can't ask for more than that.

I have donated to the AHA in Bill's name.

Biil, RIP.

What a guy! Loved having him up to camp or stay with us in Kittery so he could work some overtime. Quite the character and the obituary described him perfectly. He never put himself first-always talking about family and how he could spend more time with them.

Our deepest sympathy to the entire Brosnan Family. Way too early, may God's comfort be with you.

Goodbye Bill, you will be missed.

Have comfort in knowing that God is close to those who are brokenhearted. Because of God's love expressed through the ransom sacrifice of his Son, Jesus Christ, we can look forward to seeing our loved ones again. He keeps them all in his memory. May you find comfort, strength and hope in the Father of comfort and tender mercies.
