I remember Milo O'Shea best for his pantomime appearances in The Gaiety Theatre, Dublin many years ago. What a great personality - so funny and so warm. Requiescat in pace.

I was sorry to learn of Mr. O'Shea's passing. I have enjoyed his performances over the year and he was such a wonderful actor. My prayers are with his family and friends.

I confess I never knew his name, but I sure as heck REMEMBER all the characters he played. Godspeed, Mr. O'Shea. Sympathy and peace to you, and all who loved you. May God hold you in the palm of his/her hand.
Loved Mr. O'Shea in his guest role as minister on Cheers, hated his character in "The Verdict". I guess that is a testament to his acting skill, may he rest in peace.

So sorry for your loss. We let actors and actresses into our living rooms building an affinity with the characters. Milo O'Shea was someone who would have been personally welcome in out home as he projected a sincerity and professionalism in his roles.
