A man with a smile as wide as the ocean!!! A man with a voice who could soothe your soul!! A man who was worthy of a million good friends. A man who could entertain even on a bad day.
You will truly be missed by all who knew you. Condolences to the family.

To The Family of Billy Scott, I did not know Billy personally, but I wanted to offer my condolences to your family and to tell you how sorry I am for your loss. There is no doubt that Billy was a very talented musician among many other talents that you all will miss about him. May you all find comfort in God and rely on him as your REFUGE and STRENGTH during this difficult time you are all faced with as Psalms 46:1 brings out.
