Charles Caldwell O'Connor April 28, 1935 - Sep 23, 2013 Age 78, passed away September 23, 2013. Graduate of American University, Air Force Veteran, former executive at GEICO, San Francisco. A long -time member of Novato chapter of Kiwanis International, Chuck served as president in 1983-1984 and named Novato's Citizen of the Year, 1990. Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Gloria, son Richard (Theresa) O'Connor, daughter Michele (Steven) Saffier and adored grandchildren Patrick, Bayley, Ethan and Katie.
