My heart goes out to Lila's family whom she loved so much! We will miss her too. Ted and I would come to the Oaks each week and Lila became very special to us. She spoke lots of her family and she was so grateful they visited her often. We enjoyed spending time with Lila. She always wanted to find a "treat" for Ted. It really won't be the same without her. We will miss her too. But it has been my privilege to have know her.
Loved this pictures of your Mom. She and her sister Jane look like twins! Will be thinking about you tomorrow the 8th and sending prayers and hugs. I know it will be a very special service and so sorry we cannot be there.
May you hold the love of your mothers love close to your heart during this difficult time. May we all grow closer to our God by Lila's faith and courage.
Prayerfully, Peggy Mullin
Never met you Lila, but a woman that knitted hundreds of hats for premature babies, must of had a warm heart and loving hands....Rest in Peace.
