Since receiving a call from Joan's office to notify me of her passing, I keep thinking of her, how much I already miss her, what a special person!I always felt happy and hopeful as I left my appointments knowing she was on my side, so very understanding,gentle,and caring, with such spunk. My heartfelt sympathy to the family and to the girls at the office. My prayers go out to you
