Pepper was truly an inspiration to all of us. I met Pepper in 2007 when she came to Binghamton NY to support the Broome County Urban League Black Aces All Star Golf Tournament. Her support of the Broome County Urban League and our youth was truly appreciated. We will never forget her stories, her laughter and her obvious love of life.

She will be truly missed. Our condolences go out to her family during this difficult time.
