Sugarfoot. Everyone around this country will truly miss you. May your family find peace knowing that you are resting peacefully. Starting a career as a DJ-Radio Announcer many years ago at WDAO in Dayton, I have always enjoyed the talent and music of the Ohio Players, and as A Vice President of WBOK Radio some years later in New Orleans, I was very pleased to introduce the Ohio Players to the State of Louisiana at the Grand Opening of the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans as my friends from Ohio. God Bless and Keep you.

Wanted to just say I had the pleasure of meeting The Ohio Players about two years ago. They came to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a concert on Mother's Day along with some other old school people. I surprised my mom with tickets! I have to say it was one of my mom's happiest day of her life!! She absoulely loved it!!! After the show the whole band came out to greet us and take pictures!!!! I was like what a great group talk about not having back stage passes and getting that kind of treatment! I will forever cherish that moment! And of course everyone one wanted to get to Sugarfoot!! RIP Sugarfoot
