Sybil BONNINGTON Obituary

BONNINGTON, Sybil Janet:
On January 26, 2019, peacefully at Ashwood Retirement Village, aged 93 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Warwick Desmond (Des). Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Chris McIntosh and the late Mac, Kevin and Sue, Sue and Chris Godsiff, and Annie and Ian Frame. Loved Nan Nan of her 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff at Wairau Hospital and Ashwood Park Retirement Home. Messages may be addressed to The Family of Sybil Bonnington, c/- PO Box 7103, Nelson 7042. At Sybil's request a private service has been held.

Sorry to read of Sybil's passing. She was one of the Golden Girls along with my mother. I know they had a lot of good times together.

We too have fond memories of Aunty Sybil..all us kids/ cousins squashing in the Vanguard out & about.Also early Elaine Bay days with her & Uncle Des with gravel roads & the " lighting plant ". Fun times ! She & Katrina always kept in touch too.
