Karen and Family,
Don was a kind and dedicated man, the first Police Chief with whom I worked in the early years while serving victims of abuse. His openness and concern provided the foundation for future efforts in education for law enforcement, and it was a sincere privilege to have worked with him during that time. None of us will forget how his warm smile and words of encouragement gave us strength and the hope that we were making a difference. The community has grown as a result of his commitment. Wishing you peace and comfort at this time.
