dear margaret and family so sad to hear about your father. our prayers are with all of you
Very sorry to hear about the loss of your father. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
My prayers go out to the entire O'Brien family. With his calm demeanor playing ping pong against the local hoodlums like me and days of the back and forth banter while playing ping pong, I will always remember his laugh when we used to tell him he missed his calling in life "folding laundry" no one did it better. A great guy who left all of us hoods with great memories.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
CHARLES WAS THE BEST
MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY
Dear Mrs. O'Brien, my dear friend Darby, and the entire O'Brien clan, I am so sorry for your loss and the void that your husband's, father's, grandfather's, passing has left behind. While you, the bereft, are left so heavy-hearted in the void, please be assured that his gentle passage to a higher prayer has liberated him from his suffering. Requiescat in pace.
Charlie was a good guy, had a good life and a great family. In your sadness, remember the happy times.
with caring and fond memories,
Dan and Grace Sullivan
PS Dan was not allowed in the Pirate AC because he was too young!?!?!?!
Please feel comfort in the many memories that you all shared as a family. My thoughts are with you all. God Bless
Mrs. O'Brien, Alicia, Mary, Darby, Drew and to all the O'Brien family, my heart goes out to you. Your father and my friend, Mr. O'Brien will certainly be missed. For nearly 24 years, I have grown to know your dad through our many conversations as he sat and enjoyed his time at Tailgate Picnic. Mr. O'Brien was a true gentlemen, no matter the subject, he presented himself gracefully and carried a charming smile. He certainly spent a little time teasing me about a few of you too. Today I learned that Mr. O'Brien was a labor mediator and now it all makes sense. What better man, than Mr. O'Brien to represent the work force, as well as the people. In the little time Mr. O'Brien and I had to spare in conversation, I have always seen Mr. O'Brien as a peoples person. Then again, with a family as large as his, one better like people. Theres no doubt that Mr. O'Briens mediation skills must have come in handy with the family too, because he leaves behind such great work; a family that has become his greatest achievement.
To Betsy and the entire O'Brien family,
Remembering happy times at 71 Jackson Rd.
Your dad always seemed to be there when his family needed him. May he rest in peace.
