Dear Father Charles and Family,
We at the the D'Amour Center for Cancer Care offer our sincerest condolences to you and your family on the passing of your beloved sister Terry. She was a tremendously dedicated employee who affected the lives of many who required these services. No matter what the challenge presented, the one constant I can confirm is that Terry would be at her desk before many of us in the Cancer Center providing support to patients, staff and physicians!
Terry always put the needs of our patients and others before her own and handled herself with kindness and concern exhibing fortitude that far exceeded expectation. We will always remember her quick wit and easy smile.
May Terry rest in eternal peace with comfort that her time on Earth had much meaning and purpose. She will be truly missed by this program, her colleagues and all of our patients who so relied on her compassionate voice guiding them to care.
My deepest sympathy at this time of loss. Terry will eternally have my highest respect for all that she stood for and the perseverence she displayed throughout her 33 year career at Baystate Health...We have been entirely enriched by her presence all of these years and have deep regard for the integrity she displayed in all of her daily interactions...
Cathy Rousseau, Administrative Director, Baystate Regional Cancer Program
