My thoughts and prayers go out to the Griffin family. I first met John in the mid 80s, and played with him in several bands including The Heartspinners and the Flamingo Express. He was a very talented and compassionate person, and will be deeply missed.

Both John Sr. & Jr. had such a great impact on my life and I know that both are playing in God's band making beautiful music. May the Griffins hold the beautiful moments you shared with your husband, father, and grandfather close to your heart. May God bless you with strength and peace during this time. My most sincere condolences. Peace, blessings, and much love to you all. Your cousin, Jeff Zielinski
