Julia St. John 1948 - 2012 SPRINGFIELD - Julia St. John was among her loved ones, when she was called away from her earthly home, Friday, April 27, 2012. She was born on Aug. 12, 1948 the daughter of the late Ceto St. John and Agnes Stevens of Trinidad. Julia is survived by her four children, Derrek St. John of Trinidad, Peter, Cherylann and Sandra St. John all of Springfield; two brothers, Leon and George St. John both of Trinidad, two sisters, Jean Quash of Brooklyn, NY and Janet Davidson, of Springfield. She also leaves a legacy of 6 wonderful grandchildren. A Homegoing Celebration will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Henderson Funeral Home, 52 Hancock St. Springfield. Calling hours are 9:00 -11:00 A.M. followed by the Funeral at 11:00 AM. Burial is at Oak Grove Cemetery. Sign on-line condolences @ hendersonsfh.com.

I feel blessed that I was able to visit with Julia the week before she passed. As sick as she was, she was still the strong, dignified woman I knew and loved. The world has lost a beautiful soul.
