I met Norman at Saint Brigid's in Amherst, Massachusetts. We instantly connected and became friends. He came to one of my performances, just to support me and to encourage me. I made some drawings for him, and though I moved away from Massachusetts, we stayed in touch by phone. He came over my house several times, to meet my wife and to be a good friend. I did not know of his passing, but on February 10, 2013, after thinking of him for several months, I finally made an effort to find him and reconnect. I found his facebook page and wrote to him that day. Today, he was heavy on my mind again, and I had to search for him once more. I discovered his obituary today and am grieving. I know now that I can reconnect with Norman in my prayers, and I will pray for his family. I love you Norman. Thank you for your stories about Stevie G.

I knew Norman from Holy Family Church and loved hearing him sing. I admired his work with children and music. I listen to the tape he made and loved his song "Mary". I was hoping to try to contact him to see if he made any other tapes.
