Ruth Reynolds Obituary

Ruth A. Reynolds 1919 - 2011 HOLYOKE - Ruth A. Reynolds, 92, died Tuesday, December 20th, at Loomis House. She was born in Stanstead, Quebec, Canada to the late Harry and Emma (Lee) Reynolds. She was predeceased by a brother, H. Lee Reynolds in 2010. She is survived by two nephews, Gary B. Reynolds and Robert L. Reynolds, both of Connecticut. Ruth was a retired business education teacher at Holyoke High School and was a former member of the 2nd Congregational Church. She was also a former member of the Board of Directors of Loomis House. The graveside service will be Tuesday at 10 am in Forestdale Cemetery. There are no calling hours and the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the United Congregational Church of Holyoke are requested. For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.

I am sorry I didn't get to see Ruth last fall when I was in Holyoke. She was my mother's favorite cousin and I have fond memories of her. My mother was Marion Reynolds Atwood, daughter of W.G. Reynolds.
