Shirley A. Boucher 1928 - 2012 MONSON - Shirley A. (Lee) Boucher, 83, of Crest Rd., passed away with her family by her side on March 9, 2012. She was born November 3, 1928 in Wales, MA, daughter of John and Gladys (Sizer) Lee. She graduated from Hitchcock Free Academy in Brimfield and has lived in Monson for 40 years. Shirley worked for many years at Mass. Mutual Ins. Company before she began her family. Her greatest passion in life was her devotion for her husband and children. Shirley had a deep faith for Jesus, loved animals, nature and helping other people. In her leisure, she enjoyed hunting and fishing. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Sherwood Boucher, a son Bruce Boucher and daughter Cindy Boucher all of Monson. She also leaves two sisters, Barbara Lee and Virginia Lee of Wales. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 15th at 10:00 a.m. in the Holland Congregational Church, 11 Sturbridge Rd., Holland. Burial will follow in the Quabbin Park in Ware. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc. or American Parkinson Disease Assoc.
