Stella S. Armata 1944-2013 BELCHERTOWN - Stella S. (Matuszczak) Armata 69 of Belchertown died Wed. July 10, 2013. She was born May 6 1944 in Holyoke and was a lifelong resident until one year ago when she moved to live with her daughter Lisa (Armata) Pontz and her husband Kenneth of Belcher-town. Stella is also survived by a son Edward Armata Jr. and his girlfriend Jacqueline Faveau of Springfield, she also leaves 3 brothers and 2 sisters all of Holyoke, 3 grandsons Albert Armata Jr. of Springfield, Joshua Armata of Westfield and Edward McGhee of Springfield and 6 great grandchildren. Stella enjoyed playing bingo with her friend Geri Boudreau and family and enjoyed the company of her close friend Sherry Ford of Three Rivers who helped take care of Stella in her final days. All services are at the convenience of the family and donations may be made to the Dakin Animal Hospital PO box 6307, Springfield MA 01107. Dillon and Edward F Day Funeral Home Holyoke.
