Falco, Domenic MichealDomenic Micheal Falco, born September 6, 1930, of Allentown, Pennsylvania passed away at home surrounded by his loving family and his angel caretaker Mary Ochieng, on June 6, 2015. Domenic was the son of Andrew G. Falco and Antoinette (Sorrentino) Falco. Born and raised in Allentown, he graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School in 1948 and from Mount St. Mary's University in 1953 with a BS in Biology. He became a Doctor of Osteopathy upon graduation from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1959. Domenic was a veteran, serving the U.S. Army in Preventive Medicine from 1953 until 1955. He practiced general medicine from 1960 until 2000, retiring at age 70. Domenic was Chairman of the General Practice Department of Osteopathic Medical Center from 1964-1965, served as Vice-Chairman of the Staff at Allentown Osteopathic Medical Center in 1968, and was Chairman of the Staff and on the Board of Trustees in 1969, 1970, and 1980-1983. He was a member of the teaching faculty of the hospital from 1962-2000. Domenic was affiliated with the Allentown Osteopathic Medical Center from 1960 through 2000, Lehigh Valley Hospital Center from 1986 until 2000, St. Luke's Hospital Center from 1986 until 2000, and Sacred Heart Hospital Center from 1986 until 2000. He was the athletic physician for Allentown Central Catholic from 1970 until 1977 and William Allen High School from 1978 until 2000. Domenic was a member of the Allentown Osteopathic Association, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Association, and the Lehigh Valley Osteopathic Association. He served on the Lehigh Valley Agricultural Society Board of Directors from 1978 until present. Survivors: Domenic is survived by his wife of 60 years, Dolores M. (DePiante) Falco, Four Children: Mary Teresa, wife of Richard Weiss, Antoinette, partner of Leslie Cohen, Andrew Falco, husband of Patricia (Flyzik) Falco, and Michael, husband of Barbara (Geusic) Falco, Six Grandchildren: Dylan Falco, Domenick Falco, Alexander Falco, Anna Falco, Eric Weiss, husband of Kelly (LoBue) Weiss, and Emily Houtz and husband Jeremy Houtz and Four Great-Grandchildren: Andrew Yost, Sylar Falco, Sander Houtz and Selah Houtz. Services: A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, at 10:30 A.M. in the J. S. Burkholder Funeral Home 16th and Hamilton Sts. Allentown. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, from 7 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. and on Thursday from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home. Arrangements by the J. S.
