Dear Grander Family,
We were saddened to read of Russell's passing. Russell & Evelyn were favorites of ours at the restaurant, always came in with a smile and a warm greeting. They loved their table in the "cave" where they could enjoy their meal & chat. We always enjoyed our talks & hearing about their trips. They were always so kind ...we will miss your Dad.

Dearest Carol and family,
Deepest condolences for your loss. Your father was truly a caring, kind and generous man. I have so many wonderful memories of time spent at the Grander residence! Even though your dad was extremely busy with work, he always found time to welcome "us kids" into his beautiful home.
Warmly,
Evie Onopa

It was a privilege to have known Russell as a neighbor at Moravian Village. He will be missed by many whose lives he touched. "Good night sweet prince", rest in peace. Dorothy Winkler

I knew Russell but briefly. But in those few short visits I met a truly good man who was generous with his time and spirit. He was a rare individual; a true gentle man. Thanks for all you did for my wife, Nahid. You will be missed

My condolences to the Grander family. Russ was a manager with a strong sense of building a team spirit and solving the problems that might occur during a project. I worked very closely with his team while building BS first caster at Burns Harbor. He was an individual who established the best example of how a complicated Project is accomplished and within budget. I will always have the greatest respect for his talents and attitude during this venture. He was a knowledgeable Engineer and outstanding individual.
