Billy Scott, a true entertainer, natural talent, a special person...too many things to list...his pain is gone and he's now with God...the loss is with all of those who will sadly miss him. At JB Pivots, Charleston, SC, Billy always made my mom, Dona, (alzheimers), feel special and she loved it. I personally will miss him greatly. Prayers to his family and close friends...we'll still hear him!!!!
