Goodbye Mr. Bradbury. Thank you!

My condolences to Mr. Bradbury's family. He was a brilliant author. I was introduced to his works by one of my high school literature teachers. We read 'Farenheit 451' in class. After that I wanted to read everything Mr. Bradbury had written. My personal favorite is 'Something Wicked This Way Comes'. He leaves behind an incredible legacy and many adoring fans.

A genius and a true original. Ray Bradbury will be missed by everyone who loves beautifully written fiction and poetry.

I remember reading The Martian Chronicles and Slaughterhouse 5 at the same time back in '77. That was my introduction to both Bradbury and Vonnegut. What a wonderful escape for a 17 yr old, stranded in Ottawa IL.
God Bless our authors--and our teachers!
