To have changed the lives of so many for the better, is what you have done and will continue to do. I wanted for years to meet you in person, and hear you speak and inspire. . . until that day comes- Thanks!
See you at the TOP. Clarence Wolfe
When I was emotionally down, felt financially beaten and needed to make another sales call; Zig it was your words of wisdom I turned to and by reading several pages my spirit stood up on the inside and gave me the strength to make one more call. Zig I have always wanted to me you in person, as a born again Christian I look forward to meeting up one day and sharing with you the positive impact you had on my life!
Zig, Full of Grace, full of enthusiasm, full of Christ's light. See you soon dear brother.
Zig, I will see you at the top. I hope my mansion is close to yours. Iloved your wisdom
You helped me through so many tough times, and now you help me to be a great partner and farther for my family x. Zig you will be missed but I will still hear you voice everyday
You will be missed Zig. I have you to thank for countless sales over the years. If it were not for your words, I may not have become a top producer and stuck with the same company for 10 years. Thank you for helping me fulfill my dreams.
Like many others around the world have said Zig was a motivational treasure for all of us in life and business. But the memory of Zig I will always treasure is standing in Zig and Jean's kitchen sharing coffee and cake with the Sunday School class Bible study and getting to know Zig the husband, father and everyday man. He was the real deal and my life is richer having known him. He truely is at the top now. You will truely be missed my brother in Christ. My love and condolences to his lovely Jean.
What an Inspiration this man is to me, I say is, because I continue to listen to his CDs at every opportunity that I get. I only wish I could have met this man. God Bless
His book "See You At The Top" changed my life. Thank you Zig!!
Zig Ziglar was and still is an inspiration to us and a fine example of a healthy man, husband and father
I was sad to hear of Zig's passing. Zig, you never knew the profound influence you had on my life. I know the day of your passing was a happy one for you. Waking to real life. Seeing friends and loved ones. Seeing your daughter again and being at home with our Lord. "See you at the top", my friend.
Rob Pettet, New Jersey
Condolences. Psalm 9:9,10
Dear Ziglar Family,
I so loved Zig's tapes and books as I sold advertising in the 80's. I will always remember him.

From one Salesman to another....
+ God bless you Mr. Ziglar ! AMDG
i am truly saddened to hear this I started listening to Mr. Ziglar at the age of 18 and took his many messages to heart. Now at the age of 52 I still am inspired by his words and works. The Sales World has lost a great trainer and even larger humanitarian... Zig you truly are seeing us from the top god bless and thank you.
What a classy Sunday school teacher you were, Zig. Your positive thoughts will live on to inspire and motivate goodness.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Our deepest ssympathy and heart prayers go out to the family. May the God who gives peace be with all of you..
I was so sad to hear about the passing of your loved one. Zig Ziglar changed my entire attitude which changed my life! After reading See You at the Top, I became much more aware of my approach to life and that I was in fact in control of my thoughts and actions. I wrote a paper on setting goals and having a positive attitude in college and later on it was shared with my co-workers. I still have it! I was truly inspired and loved his thinking. Thank you for sharing him with me and the world. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends. He has certainly left his mark in the world!!!
What a man of great integrity & wise words! My heartfelt sympathy to Zigs' loving family & friends...may God bless & comfort you all!
I loved this Man and will always remember how true he was to what he taught. To Tom and his sweet red head Jean, I am truly sorry to hear of his passing. I worked as one of his coaches and so loved every moment of it.

A great man of God, who left an amazing legacy has gone home to his Father. What a great reunion it must have been to see his daughter again!
Mr. Zig Ziglar is and will always be a giant of a man.
One of my life's greatest pleasures was getting to know Zig and to have worked at Zig Ziglar Corporation. My sincerest condolences to the family.
I never met Zig, but was an avid listener to his teachings. His messages instructed and challenged me, and they never failed to bring a smile and brighten my day. What a legacy he leaves behind!
My prayers go out to his wife and family..

Nothing I could say now can take away the grief that you are feeling. I sat and listened and it was as if my own father had passed. I am who I am because I AM lives in me! I learned about him in part from Zig. Tom said "Nothing really happens until you take action." Tom, you have the ability to continue helping people take action! Please continue!
Before Zig began teaching Sunday School at Prestonwood, he taught the Auditorium Class at First Baptist Dallas. It was easily the largest class in the church and included people of all ages and stages of life. Zig was a great salesman who was especially good at telling people about Jesus!
When Zig left First Baptist, Dr. Charles McLaughlin took over his class, but we will never forget our very first Sunday School teacher.
Our condolences to Jean and the rest of the family.
Jack Bullard
Director, McLaughlin Bible Class, First Baptist Dallas
Sometimes we don't quite understand
the heighth and breadth of God's Infinite Plan.
But through all our tears and sorrow
we know Who holds tomorrow,
and it's all in our Master's Hand!
Zip, I didn't have the privilege of knowing you personally; only thru your books and tapes. The world loss is Heaven's gain!

I am so truly sorry for your loss. Prayers are being sent for the entire family.

What rejoicing must be going on in Heaven! How precious that he was here to celebrate his 65th anniversary with his beloved "Redhead".
My condolences to the family. How wonderful to join the Saints that went before....

Your words were so inspirational to me when I started in the working world after high school. Thank you so very much for being "you"...
May God continue to bless your work left here on Earth. I will keep motivating others because you have motivated me.
Mr Ziglar - It was an honor to meet and interview you for WFAA-TV several years ago. I have never forgotten your profound advice on HOPE!
Thank you for your leadership and inspiration.

TO THE ZIGLAR'S (MATT.5:7)HAPPY ARE THE MERICIFUL,SINCE THEY WILL BE SHOWN MERCY.....
My sincere sympathy and this individual was truly one of a kind.
I am a successful vice president of a manufacturing company and owe my success to Zigs philosophy.....conveyed to the exciting books.
His presentation skills were also spellbinding and I have tried to come close in my techniques.
I have seen Zig in his Success seminars and will continue to listen to his recordings for the timeless lessons on motivation and maximizing what life has to offer.

Now you are "at the top" and seeing all of us from above with the greatest motivational speaker - Jesus. God's Blessing upon your family.
What an incredibly great man. Zig, you changed my life in so many ways. I will never forget when you autographed my book "See You at the Top", leaving me a special scripture in the bible". It was a direct answer to my prayer that morning. This Jewish kid is saved today because of witnesses like you. G-d bless you Zig. You will be greatly missed.
Thank you for what you have meant to my life. Humbled to be able to call you friend. Next time I see you it will truly be AT THE TOP in Heaven.

"Sell the Sizzle" was something I embraced when teaching Salesmanship!!!
What a grand contribution Mr. Zig Ziglar has made to our country!!!
F R Blalack
Thank you Zig Ziglar: You motivated so many of us sales professionals around the world. May God comfort your family
I'm a better person today, Thanks to you!
In 1985 my wife left me and took my son. I was in a very dim place in my my life. Then a year later, I was on a trip in the Bahamas with some friends and the only radio station that we could get was 'The Winners News Network' out of Ft. Lauderdale. That is were I first heard you speak. That day changed my life. You taught me to see the good in everything that happens, and focus on that. Thank you Mr. Ziglar you made my world a better place. Rest in Peace, you are surely missed.
Zig wrote: John 14:6 on the back of A Special Promise Card when I asked for his autograph.
Many rewards await you with our Lord. Thank you for your testimony and encouraging words. You were truly a blessing to all.
I frist heard Mr. Ziglar in college and he was a great motivationa speaker!
Thank you Zig Ziglar, senior year in high school I enrolled in the I CAN Class. Then in college, in Dr. R.K. Tucker's class we read CHOICES. I was the first in my family to graduate from college. GREAT inspiration you touched so many lives. I will never forgot you. My deepest sympathy to Ziglar Family.
Thank you Zig. Navy Recruiting Command...
Thank you Zig for all your inspiration! Anne Sonnier
When I started out selling many years ago Zig's tapes provided me the skills and motivation to become very successful.I appreciate his being there for me and reminding me."there are no traffic jams on the extra mile" God bless you, Zig
My first exposure to Zig was after I had been married 25 years. His tapes helped our mariage become better and helped us grow as individuals!
I am very sorry for your loss.
It is a wonder thing to be able to motivate people by words that enlighten them. The bible of Gods' word at John 17:3 says "This means everlasting, their taking knowledge of you th only true God, and of the one whom you send forth Jesus Christ." He tried to make life in his world better with the knowledge he had.
I am so blessed to have had Zig as my Sunday School teacher many years ago at First Baptist Dallas. He was a shining example of Christian manhood. I love the way he often referred to Jean as "Little Red". God bless you all. There may be tears of sorrow down here, but can you imagine what a wonderful celebration is going on in Heaven? I have heard him speak of Heaven so many times, and glad to know he's there!
I had the privilege of hearing Zig speak in 1960 and always found his words to be motivating.
Thank you Zig Ziglar for helping me get through the hardest of times. You've undoubtedly helped millions of lives with your words of encouragement and wisdom. Thank you.
You were one of my heros. You took the gospel with you wherever you went. I'm sure God welcomed you with open arms and said, "well done, my good and faithful servant".
To his family, thank you for sharing your father and husband with the world , we are praying for you all at this time.
A good man who did great work. A true ambassador of Jesus and Godly principles.
My prayers go to the family at this time of sorrow. We knew and worked with Zig when we were all with Automotive Performance Inc. in Dallas TX in the 60's & 70's. Then we moved to Dayton OH and saw him each time he did a motivational program. I have all of his books & tapes. He will be missed. My heart goes out to Jean at this time. God Bless.
Mary Bennett
Zig was influential in my life starting about 1974 with SEE YOU AT THE TOP. My condolences to his families.
Zig, thank you for all of your great words of wisdom and truth. You were loved by many. Your impact on the nation of believers will be felt for generations to come. What a glorious moment when you heard those endearing words, "Well done, thy good and faithful servant." "Welcome to Heaven." Shalom.
Thanks to the "RED HEAD" for sharing Zig with us.
The best speaker and motivational person ever, hope all of us who listened to his words will play them foward to make the world better.
An excellen speaker,and very motivating
encouraging,and uplifting.
he will always be remembered.
Praying for comfort for the family.

Zig God Bless You. You have positively affected so many.
I heard you speak once. Your in a rare class with Norman Vincent Peal and Billy Grahm. Not bad company Zig. Your words live on. We will miss you.
Our sincere condolences to the Ziglar family, he will be missed! Coming out to Texas for the facilitator (Train the Trainer) classes was a turning point for those of us attending and certainly for the many T.C. Smith and King Drug employees here in North Carolina. Zig was certainly "Born to Win".
Chuck Rousseau, Asheville, N.C.
I am deeply saddened at the passing of a life that meant so much to me, and many others. When I was young and struggling, reading of Zig's struggles and eventual triumph left me with hope, with joy, and with peace with whatever situation life threw at me. The way he could laugh at situations that often strike fear into the hearts of mortals, left him as immortal, and indeed this is what happens when we mortals surrender our lives to the will of the Almighty. May you be blessed eternally for the many blessings your life provided to your fellow man in your life. If the greatest gift a human can give another human is a life well lived, you have given the greatest gift, Zig.
A special person for a special time.
He will truly be missed by all. Prayers to his family during this time of loss. May God wrap his arms of comfort around his family.
We love you Zig. Godspeed.
I was so excited to hear Zig speak at an event. He will be missed by many.
I attended some Sunday school classes that Zig was teaching at Prestonwood Baptist Church. He was so genuine, a delight and shared his beloved treasure of Jesus in such a loving way. See you at the top dear friend. Love and prayers for your family.
Mr.Ziglar and Family,
Bless you for sharing such knowledge, wisdom and your life stories with the world for many have been blessed by your teaching.
YOUR WORD IS A LAMP FOR MY FEET AND A LIGHT ON MY PATH...PSALM 119:105
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
Zig , thank you for all your support. You will missed by many .
I first heard Zig speak years ago and found that he had a belief system that I could value. A brilliant man who taught many of us simple life lessons. Thanks Zig. See you at the top!
When someone can inspire others and do so in a disarming manner - then that person has achieved a level of greatness. Ziz was great because he knew a great savior. "When they saw the boldness of Peter and John and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled and they realized that they had been with Jesus." Acts 4:13
My sympathy to the family and friends of Zig Ziglar. He was one of first motivational speakers I ever heard and remained one of my favorites. I quote him all the time. "If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want." The inspiration that he shared has made a huge impact in my life! See you at the top, Zig!
Deepest sympathy to family at this time of loss. Life is so enriched having known Zig. Our Lords faithful servant, and friend to all. Enjoy wearing my pin of Christian Witness on my coat lapel, and enjoy telling others what it means and that Zig gave it to me. God Bless you Jean.
Pray that God can become your Refuge during this difficult time.-Psalm 46:1
I appreciate his postive approach to live. His tapes and books helped me through some hard time. Thank God for Zig.
Your life's message made a powerful change in so many lives.
God bless you
The world has lost a great motivator, speaker, and even better human being. May he rest in peace alongside his beloved Savior and the one Mr. Ziglar truly tried to exemplify.

ZIG & JEAN
NO, THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER COUPLE ANY WHERE NEAR YOU! YES, ZIG A PRECIOUS SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER HERE AT PRESTON WOOD BAPTIST CHURCH, SO MANY WAYS JESUS, HAD YOU PASSING ON WORDS OF LOVE, JOY PEACE, AND A WONDERFUL GOD YOU ARE WITH NOW!! A 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY PICTURE SAYS MORE THAN WORDS!
50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, NOVEMBER 23TH, 1996
When I first read "see you at top" I put into play the things I read in the book and became U.S. Navy recruiter of the year. It touch me then like it still touches me today. I have read many of his books but that one, I read whenever I forget who I am.
So sorry to hear of Mr. Ziglar's passing. He was such an inspiration. He is in his makers hands.
I was fortunate to hear Mr. Ziglar's tape "choices" back in the early 1980's while he was speaking to an Amway crowd. I feel so blessed to have heard his wisdom. My deepest sympathy goes to his wife (as he said "the redhead") and his family and close friends. I know he will be missed very much. Using the words of Dave Ramsey, Zig is now "at the top" with our Lord Jesus.
The world is better because of you Thank you Zig and your legacy is priceless .
Matthew 25:23
His lord said to him: Well done, good and faithful servant: because thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will place thee over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
Zig has had a such positive impact on my life. His last words to me were,"you should write a book" and I am considering it. His "Great Quotes from Zig Ziglar" is in my desk drawer and many other works are in my library to be read regularly. I will think of him often and give thanks to God for sharing him with the rest of the world. I know that at this time he is being told, "well done good and faithful servant" (Matthew 25:23). Thank you Zig we will miss you here but will see you again one day.
I never had the chance to meet Zig personally, but through his books and seminars I felt a close relationship with him as a positive thinker and as a fellow believer in Jesus Christ. God will continue to bless his ministry and legacy because of his faithfulness to God's truth.
because your mastermind will stay with me and in my heart and I will pass to my children as part of the legacy to base their lives.. thank you
We love Zig and all of the Ziglar family.
John and Charlotte West
Zig was definitely one of a kind. I remember sitting next to him in the hospital waiting room of Zale Lipshy while our dear friend John West was undergoing surgery. You would have thought he had known me forever. He even remembered sitting next to my children, husband and myself at church on several occasions and he asked if we still served in the Baptistry. I was so impressed that he remembered so much about me and my family even though he knew so many other people. I am going to miss that huge smile and comforting ?
Until we meet again my friend!
Today, heaven is more "FANTASTIC!" because Zig is there.
May Mr. Ziglar rest in peace! I had a chance to hear him in Baltimore MD after his fall! He continued his motivating and "preaching what he practiced" throughout his life!
Thank you for the many hours of great information, resources, and enlightenment.
Zig was one of the greatest men who ever lived. I celebrate a life lived well and right and that he is with Christ now. I look forward to seeing him again.
I saw Zig in Hamilton Ontario in 1988 and he changed my life. I have always lived my life on the basis "You can have anything in life that you want, if you just help enough other people get what they want first!" This became a major life goal for me and I live each day waking up saying "Whose life am I going to make a difference in today!" Thanks to the difference that you have made in my life Zig. Jean, thank you for sharing him with us all these years. You will remain in my heart, thoughts and life for the many years to come. May God continue to bless you and your family.
What a great motivator. His library of inspiration will live on for years to come.
Because of him there are alot less cats getting kicked in this world.. A true light of God.. Thank You Zig
Mr. Ziglar helped me stay in the insurance business my first few years when I would get discouraged. Went to see him many times at his seminars and have all his books and other materials. He meant so much to so many. I give him much credit for my 40 year career in insurance. RIP Zig!!
Your seminar "saved" my teenage son (13). As a single working Mom, I sent him alone from San Antonio with all of my income tax refund thru Chicago O'hare to Green Bay, WI. That week was a substantive change in his attitudes towards life; he is now a Judge with the AFJAG and a West Point Graduate. Thank you forever from my heart.
God Bless you on your journey home.
Thank you for sharing a part of your life with us.
My condolences to the family friends and fans of ZIG he was an outstanding speaker and business motivator, may the God of all comfort grant you all peace during this time of grief Psalm 46:1
My sincere sympathy to the Ziglar family. May the Almighty God give you comfort in your time of grief. Psalms 55:22.
Jem. Florida
I can only imagine the loss you feel. I only heard a few of his tapes but he had a profound effect on me. Rest in peace, Zig
Our loss, but certainly Heaven's gain! What a wonderful example of Christianity.
Donna & Steve Russell
Thanks ..
I met Mr Ziglar in 1987 @ three day conference provided by Zig Ziglar.
"You have the same amount of time in your day as any other billionaire."
ZigZiglar
I am so sorry to hear about your loss.I have gotten to met Zig.You are in my thoughts and prayers.love,Suzanne
What a fine man he was! No one who read any of his writings could fail to have been positively influenced, often in a grand way. He will be missed.
I began sitting under the teaching of Zig 28 years ago. He will be deeply missed by millions. His positive attitude and quotes changed my life. I quote him daily and have for years. I look forward to the day we can all walk the streets of gold with our Saviour and I know Zig will be there!
To the "decided redhead":
Thank you for sharing your wonderful husband with the world. I can honestly say Zig Ziglar helped me learn how God wants Christian men to treat their wives. My relationship with my wife is better every day; just like Zig's.
To the extended Ziglar family:
I was privileged to hear Zig a couple of times before his accident and a couple of times after. What impressed me most about Zig was that he was the same with or without long term memory. After the accident, what was in his heart always came out. It was exactly what came out of his heart before the accident. Zig Ziglar is synanomous with Christian integrity. Oh that I could leave for my family a legacy like Zig left you. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. God bless.
Rest in Peace Mr. Ziegler. I used one of your programs with my students when I worked as a counselor at Premont ISD.
"If you help people get what they want, you will get what you want." Zig changed my life 40 years ago. The success that I have had in my sales life I owe to Zig. I raised three wonderful children with Zig's philosophy. He was truly a servant of God. Phil S
Zig helped me become the salesperson I became. Zig " see you in the air"
Condolences to The Ziglar family. R.I.P. Zig Ziglar.
I was fortunate to call Zig a friend. We met in the 70's and he made such an impact on my life. Zig Ziglar was the same man in front of a room filled with thousands as he was sitting across a table offering words of advice. He was one of the rare who practiced what he taught and lived true to his word. The world is a better place because he shared himself with the multitudes. He will be greatly missed but his legacy will live on in his family both personal and world wide.
Gods speed in love and light Zig you have arrived at the top hold a space for the rest of us, see you soon!
I never actually knew Mr. Ziglar but he was the author of a book that was used in one of my classes at the college I attended in 1984-1985, I CAN!! This was one of the best things that ever happened to me and it has helped me so much in the rest of my life. I use that teaching every day in one way or the other so I am so grateful for his influence on my life. So sorry for your loss. His work touched many lives as I was only one of a class of 35 that semester and I know there were many others who took that class.
Thanks for his words of encouragement and motivation. God bless his family.
"Stinking Thinking" - "flush it". Those famous words spoken by Zig come to me often
See you at the top one day
For 38 years, Zig had a profound effect on me and my business performance via his motivational talks. I first saw him in Dayton OH at a Seminar and seen him several times. He was the best.
He was a HERO. Peace be with you!
God gave us Zig Ziglar and now he has gone home guided by his faith and the light of those he once loved he is with them once more.
Certainly a man who was the definition of, "one in a million!" I have loved listening to Zig, reading his books, and trying to live up to at least some of the standards he set as a Christian. His always positive and loving remarks about "Jean", talking about "Keeper" and why the name came about, and I will never forget about, "The Happy Hugger".
Zig, may your reward be great and wonderful and your peace eternally sound.
To all the Ziglar family, thank you for sharing this incredible man with the rest of the world, I would think you had little choice in that matter, but it takes a special crew to support someone like Zig. God Bless You All!
I was fortunate to attend a sales and marketing motivational seminar here in Houston in the mid-nineties at Second Baptist Church on Woodway. This seminar featured the wonderful Mr. Ziglar. Everything he said was inspirational and motivating. He had a very special way of communicating to an audience. One thing he said has always stuck with me: "Confidence is going after Moby Dick in a rowboat and taking the tartar sauce with you." We'll miss you, Zig.
Mr. Zigler made a positive difference in my life.
God bless you and your loved ones ~ thank you for your gifts.
I raised my children with one of zig's pearls of wisdom "you can get to the top without integrity but you can't stay there." what a wonderful guy he was. The world needs more Zig Ziglars.
I can not remember at the moment the name of the audio cd that I listened to all 4 - 5 discs, but what warmth and kindness showed just in his words and tone. You've lost a treasure. My condolences. I was inspired and helped by listening to his motivational work. Thank you.
May the God of all comfort give you the strength to endure during this difficult time. (Psalms 46.1) My prayer is that you take this time to ponder memories and moments that has brought you much Joy and happiness to help w your endurance. This will not be easy as you are dealing w an untimely loss but w God all things are possible.
Thank you, Zig for raising the bar for all of us to follow.
I loved that man! I taught school for 27 years and was constantly quoting him. He is even the reason I became a runner. I grew up in Yazoo County, MS and am proud to say that Mr. Ziglar's roots started there. He will be missed, but his legacy will live forever. My thought and prayers are with his family.
Zig and I travelled many roads together. His taped messages motivated and inspired as I drove.
I do believe you can get anything in life if you help enough others get what the want.
Because of my friend Zig, I'm still helping others. His messages will stay in our hearts.
Jim Rohrer
Zig's incredible enthusiasm and positive attitude changed how I relate to people. I was raised among working poor folks who taught me by example to say something negative like, "Well, I've had better days," when asked how I was doing even if my day wasn't going badly. It was just a reflection of a gloomy mindset and a bad habit. Zig taught me to say something positive like, "Fantastic!" instead. That lesson has made a difference in my life and that of countless others I've met over the years. It is a debt I can only repay by passing it along.
May the family of Mr.Ziglar be comforted during this time of sorrow. You have our deepest sympathy.Psalm 116:15 will be of great comfort to the family at this time.
Zig can now proclaim without dought, " I will see you at the top!" But, we will all miss him always.
Without his endless encouragement and friendship, I may have not survived the challenges of life and buisness that Zig nurtured daily in my life. He will live on in spirit always and Tom will fill his shoes with honor. We must all keep "the pump" flowing fresh water.
Thanks a zillion Zig and may we all welcome him "over the top!"
God blessed a lot of lives with your presence, especially mine. I thank God for you and your family. Your light shines still in and through the lives you've touched; God bless you and keep you. God's grace, mercy and peace be with you all in your time of bereavement.
So sorry for your loss. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
May God give you comfort and peace at this time as you say your good-bye's.
Ellen Record
I only met the man twice, and for only long enough to sign a handful of books. But, his influence on my life has been enormous. Rest in peace old friend. Condolences to the Ziglar family, and many thanks for sharing him with us.
Zig, There is no doubt that God told you "Well done faithful servant"
Having been in sales; I have used many quotes from Zig Ziglar. May the Lord bring peace to the family members left behind. We know without a doubt absent from the body present with the Lord.
Zig, you met the world to me and helped me start my sales career back in the 1980's. You will be missed! See YOU at the top! Say hi to Jesus for me.
A wonderful man and a true servant of Jesus Christ!
Thanks for inspiring millions minds.
Zig had an unique way of making everyone feel important. Zig and my father had one thing in common: neither one of them has ever met a stranger. When my dad dated Zig's daughter, Suzan (dec 1995), I think he spent more time with Zig than he did her. That was when men could be great friends that lifted each another up instead of having a "bromance". Suzan was a large part of our lives until she became ill. In fact, she and my mother became so close that they decided to name me after her (middle name). There are so few QUALITY people out there. Zig was one in a million and he will be missed. I take solace knowing that at least my sweet Godmother and her dad have been reunited in Heaven. I am so sorry for your loss.
I feel blessed to have been able to attend many trainings with Zig Ziglar in the 80's and learned so much. John Paul DeJoria, Co-Founder of John Paul Mitchell Systems sent all of his employees through "Born to Win" in the early days and I cherish my memories of Born to Win, See you at the Top and still rely upon his words of wisdom today. I am blessed to have had him as a mentor and thankful to John Paul for giving us such a great gift. Zig Ziglar was one-of-a-kind. He has joined his Beautiful "Red Head" in Heaven.

Thank you Zig, God blessed me in my early sales years to hear you and as I have gotten older it has went from hearing to doing. May God Bless your family during this time.

What a wonderful legacy Zig has left. Many lives have been changed especially those who have embraced Christ. God's peace to the family. Steve Paciello, Vestal, NY.
Truly an inspiration to everyone who heard or read him. He has impacted so many lives and will live on in all of us. One whom did not compromise his Christian principles on his way to the top, loved and respected all, especially his Lord and his family. Many of us he never knew but we will introduce ourselves when we see you at the Top!!!
Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.

Dear Ziglar Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Our loss here on earth is cetainly heaven's gain. I started attending GriefShare in March of 2011 and am now helping to facilitate our meetings. The words of Zig and Jean have blessed and comforted not only my life; but the lives of many that have journeyed through our group. Thank you so much for taking the time to share and minister to others in their time of sorrow. We know Zig is now walking the streets of gold with his beloved daughter, Suzan. How beautiful it must be! I pray for God's comfort and strength to each of you as you learn to carry on in this life without your precious loved one until you meet again some glorious day. I am blessed to have seen Zig in person, I bet he is motivating the Angels
I followed Zig for many years and read a few of his books. A very upbeat person.
Ziglar Family,
Zig was a huge influence on my life at the age of 19. My young wife and I spent a week at Hollywood, Florida with him as the guest speaker and it did in fact change our lives. We are blessed to have known him in a small way and saw him on many occasions the last being at Huntsville, AL a couple of years ago. He will be missed but for sure his books, tapes and other media will live on to continue his quest to make life better for mankind. May God be with you during this time.
Good Bye my friend. I know the Lord has plenty of work for you to do and it will last for all eternity. What a blessing you have been to thousands.
You were such an inspiration not only
as a motivational speaker & writer
but as a Christian witness. God blessed
us all with your light- You will be missed-
May your family draw strength from God to face your grief and the many challenges ahead. Sorry for your loss. God Blessings (2 Corinthian 4:7)

You are not alone in this
My thoughts and prayers
Are with you always.
I have no words enough to
Comfort you. Just remember
That someone is there for you,and in darkness,
The beauty of stars and constellations
Will be admired all the more now
Your dearestfamily member is up there, and
Shining like a bright star.
We pray the love of God enfolds you during your difficult times and He helps you heal with the passage of time.
When you are in sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.

And death is only a boundary line,
And a boundary line is nothing,
Just the limit of our sight.

Thanks for all the help. I will pass on the gift. This one hurts...
I first met Zig in 1971 when I started in real estate. I was an ex-accountant who was introverted, shy and without any self confidence. I was scared about making my living from sales commissions dealing with the public. Zig came to our sales meeting and was selling motivational cassette tapes. I was so impressed that I bought his tapes and wore them out listening to them every single day. I know that Zig was a big part of my selling success and I made the million dollar club that first year. I went on to open 6 real estate offices. I didn't meet Zig again until 1999 when we joined the church where Zig was a Bible class teacher and we became great friends with Zig and the Redhead. He was a wonderful teacher, combining motivational principles tied to Christian values. During the next 12 years, Zig began to ask me about my life and took a real interest. When I was diagnosed with idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2004 and given a “Death Sentence” with an estimated 6 months to 2 years to live, Zig and Jean began encouraging me to write a book about my life. A daughter of theirs had died from the same disease. While I was writing my first book, “Does God Give Us More Than We Can Bear?”, Zig asked me every Sunday how it was coming along and he would constantly encourage me. When I had finished the manuscript and was ready to send it to my publisher, I was very nervous about it because I had never written anything and was afraid that it was terrible. That Saturday night I told my wife that I would like to ask Zig to read it to get his opinion before I sent it to the publisher. We decided that we didn't want to impose on him so we decided to not ask Zig. Sunday morning at church Zig immediately asked how my manuscript was coming and I told him I was ready to send it in. Zig immediately said to me, “Jerry I would consider it a privilege if you would allow me to read your manuscript before you send it in.” I was astounded and then Zig said,” Jerry I would love to write your book foreword if you would like.” After I sent in my manuscript, the publisher called me to go over the items that would be included in the book. The person doing the check list made the comment that he assumed since I was a new writer on my first book that I wouldn't have a foreword. When I told him I already had one, he asked who it was and when I told him it was Zig, his comment to me was, “People like Zig don't usually write forewords for people like you.” When I told Zig, his reply was, “They don't understand friendships, do they?” After my book was released and I gave Zig a copy, he immediately said to me, ”Jerry I am so proud of you.” When you understand that I was 70 years old and had never had a man or a father figure ever tell me that. A couple of months later, I had my first book signing at Barnes & Noble store in Dallas. I asked if Zig and Jean could attend. They said certainly. Well Zig sat at the signing table with me the entire two hours. One book buyer asked me if it was okay for Zig to autograph my book too and I said sure. Zig signed books the entire two hours. After the book signing was over, the book department manager told me that in her entire career she had never seen two authors autograph the same book when they weren't co-authors. Later that same year Zig and Jean attended a surprise birthday for me. Zig was the warmest and most giving person that I have ever met and was just like a father to me.
I had the pleasure of hearing him speak once in Phoenix. He was a phenomenal human being. Prayers of comfort and healing for his family.
My condolences to the family of Mr. Ziglar. I enjoyed hearing him speak and went to several of his conferences. I have two of his books and often quote some of his material.
Be at peace...you are an inspiration to a great number of people.
