Like so very many, I'm shocked and saddened at the passing of
Sen. Warren Rudman, a uniquely special human being, but exceptionally grateful for his candor, class & many contributions as one who strove to help "form a more perfect union". If memory serves me right, Sen. John Heinz brought him to Pittsburgh to an Amen Corner dinner. God bless one & all. Take care.
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend or family member. The bible can be of some comfort at John 3:16
As a former staff member of the Senate Permanent Subcommitee of Investigations I want to express my heartfelt feelings of loss at the passing of the distinguished Senator from New Nampshire. I was awed by his bearing during numerous hearings in front of the commitee. He was/is a true American leader. God bless you for your leadership Sen. Rudman.
A statesman who was more dedicated to his nation than his party. He was honest, even to the point of antagonizing his own party for what he thought was right. The United States is better for his service. Thank you Senator Rudman.
Sympathy & kindest regards to the Rudman family & very many friends wherever they may be.
God bless one & all.
I recall meeting the Senator
a number of years ago, one exceptionally special human being. Take care.
My mother, Linda Lockwood worked as his assistant for years in D.C. She adored him for his brutal honesty, genuineness, and deep love and respect for our Country. I appreciated how he respected my mom. She said more than once that working for the Senator were the most wonderful years of her career. My deepest condolences go out to his family and everyone that knew him. He was one of a kind. You do not see politicians these days that truly deserve the respect that he did. God Bless you Senator, and Thank You.
I am so sorry for your loss. I know that losing a loved one is so hard , and I do keep you all in my prayers.
This is the passing of a good and decent man who loved his state and his nation. He contributed much. Having been on the receiving end of his ire, I know he was a man of strong views. He did not flinch or waiver and he reflects the best of what politics should be about. New Hampshire and the nation has lost a great statesman, a term that cannot be applied to many.
I am very saddened to learn of this great man's demise. He did a lot for his state and our country. Even though we are of different political parties I had a lot of admiration for his willingness and ability to work across party lines for the good of America. his leadership will be sorely missed. My condolences to the family.
As a Democrat, I felt Mr. Rudman a fair and reasonable man. Too bad they stop making men such as he. I admire him and still do...
