Bonnie was a very close friend of mine. She was a wonderful, kind and talented person. I enjoyed both dancing with her and watching her dance. She loved to perform in her exquisite dresses. And she was a gourmet cook. I remember a Thanksgiving dinner where she made all 12 dishes. It was delicious! I will miss the conversations, advice and recipes. Mostly I will miss Bonnie.
Bonnie was such a delight on the dance floor. She always had a huge smile on her face and so much energy! I'm sure she's dancing in heaven as well. Very special person. She will be missed.
Thinking of my sissy Michelle, Jill, Mark, and family as we mourn the loss of a remarkable woman, Bonnie Sayre.
Although an active woman always engaged in multiple activities, she always made special time for her family and loved ones. She was a hands on grandma w/ a big heart. Living across the street, she treated me as her own, hosting numerous sleepovers and tolerating the ruckus Shelly and I created as kids dancing, "working out" (to Richard Simmons videos), and laughing into the wee hours of the night. She created a speciality dance floor placed in her garage for her, Shelly (and I) to tap on; allowed her front lawn to become home to Paula Abdul dance concerts and mini musicals for neighborhood viewing; and supported our creative, scientific side by allowing us to make magic potions in her back yard. A generous woman with unbounded energy and talent (incl a knack for the culinary arts and dance), this woman touched many. Bonnie, you will be missed.
Ken, Julie and Ginny,
We know it was a difficult journey to make. Bonnie was quite a lady. We are so sorry for your loss.
Aunt Jane, Kay, Craig and Cathy
On behalf of the Louis and Hermez families, please accept our deepest condolences. May God rest her soul.
Thank you for all the smiles, hugs, and all the little things you would do to make us feel loved, Grandma. I will treasure the hard days as much as I will the early days where you always made sure you had something special for me. I especially appreciate you letting me in as much as you did in the end—we found our way.
Bonnie was a dear friend I met thru Dance. She always was so very up and friendly with everyone. Bonnie you will be missed.
