Dear Phyllis, Peter, Jennifer and family,
My heartfelt condolences on your loss. And although he had been retired for some time, the legal community has experienced a profound loss as well. I first met Chuck when I joined Hoge Fenton in 1976, as a college student. And all these many years later, the pearls of wisdom he so regularly bestowed upon me help to guide me on my path today. Every now and then I think, "Now, what would Chuck Brock do?" Chuck leaves a wonderful legacy, and I am so very honored to have known and worked with him. He was the very best.
Phyllis, Mary and I send our heartfelt condolences for your loss of Chuck. He was a true gentleman and friend. He will be missed. Warmest regards, Marty and Mary Ruberry
I will miss Chuck's smile, our evenings together, watching Phyllis make her great salads, as we had our cocktails, and our Sunday putting contests, that Phyllis always won, even when Chuck and I were a team! I am happy that I was able to spend a
great deal of time last winter, getting to know him, and enjoying his humor. I am glad that I visited in September, and was able to visit with him one more time. I will miss him.
Missing a very caring and thoughtful family Patriarch, Community leader and Friend!
Dear Phyllis and family,
Jack and I will miss Chuck, his sense of humor and seeing him walking around our beautiful neighborhood. We look forward to seeing you soon.
