I miss you. You brightened and inspired my coaching. You truly were a great man!
Coach Webb, I will never forget your warm hugs and your words of encouragement when I needed it most. I can still hear you say "ah, I love ya kid" and telling me not to listen to people who brought me down. You told me to aim high, and I did with your help.
I was going to visit you and tell you that I'm engaged now to a wonderful man, who you probably would have thought wasn't good enough and called him all sorts of names before you threatened him to take care of me or else. I never got to say goodbye, but I know you're looking down from above, watching over all of your kids as you always did. I miss you, coach. Thank you for everything.
It's late Dad and I'm really missing you, missing you in ways I'm not sure how to describe. So at night I search the internet and read about the ways in which you brought so much joy into the lives of others, this alone helps me to remember that I have smiles left in me that need to be shared with the world! I love you so much, so very much, and am proud to be your daughter! Goodnight for now Dad see you in my dreams!
I miss you every day. No one can replace your warm, kind, supportive presence in our halls.
Thank you for having such a positive impact on the children of John F Krnnedy High School. You will be missed but never forgotten .
We always looked forward to seeing your smile with a "hello" wave as you passed our house for the past 19 years. You had some great stories. You really enjoyed your coaching and students. We wish we had spent more time getting to know you better. My condolences to your family.
Coach Web . I feel like I have known you but never met you just by all the wonderful things I have heard . Thank you for everything you have done for the students and community . Condolences to the family . Rip ??
I had barely met you this year, and we only spoke a few words but you impacted me in that little way! I hope you rest in peace, you deserve it, you'll never be forgotten Coach Webb.
You will be missed Coach. It was really nice to see how you cared about your students. You did so much for our kids. We will never forget you.
Coach Webb you will be missed.
You have been a wonderful person to the students and to me.
John lived across the street from me for years, and my kids grew up helping him rake leaves and enjoying John's stories... he had so many from dinner at Caps with Joe Montana to fishing trips in NorCal. John always had the brightest outlook and attitude and it was nice seeing him regularly. He will be missed.
I had the opportunity to work with Coach Webb and the Kennedy football team as an Athletic Trainer in the early 90's. I remember his quick smile, strong handshake, and obvious love for the kids he coached. I am no surprised that his last act on this earth was trying to do something that would help others... My thoughts and prayers go out to his friends, his family, and the Kennedy High School community. Godspeed Coach!
Coach Webb touched many youth and he will not be forgotten. He coached both of our sons. He is a part of the reason they are now the fine young men they are today. Coach Webb was significant in their life. Our Condolences to his family.
You were the best coach and the best person I have ever met, you always had a story to tell and when you told it you opened my ears and my heart, kids my age would look up to Derek Rose, Stephen curry, or any other celebrity or athlete. But I am proud to say I look up to you and I always will. RIP
My Step Brother John will be missed deeply. He was bigger than life and was loved by so many people. I will always remember our younger years at home with John and always watching Football Games with him. Good memories. My sympathies to his friends and family.
You will be missed coach! Thank you for all you did for our kids, in the classroom and on the field
I'll remember all the great conversations we had, and your positive attitude. Also the great respect that you had for the students and the students had for you. My deepest condolences to your family.
I tell people the great stories you shared with me as you were teaching me how to coach football and showing the little tricks of trade in scouting a game. The football world has lost a great friend and Mentor
It was nice seeing you in the halls afterschool, working hard to give students a bigger round of support, and taking the initiative. That's the right thing to do.
Well miss you coach. I enjoyed hanging with you at Applebee's and enjoyed our continuous talk of sports, especially soccer.
