I'll miss on of my favorite Word With Friends buddys and a dear, dear friend.
The loss of such a wonderful and loved husband and father must be so hard to bear. My sympathy to you Judith, Catherine and Heather... and to Luke, Ryan, Dylan, Ruby and EJ. He touched so many lives and warmed so many hearts. ~ with love, Beth (Silva) Demont
We offer our sympathy to you and your family for Larry's passing. It's still difficult to believe he's gone. We always had great evenings dining and chatting with the two of you. We wish you solace from memories of good times and look forward to continuing our friendship.
Gloria and Kaz Lawler
We are all but "brief candles" in the end. Larry shined brightly for all his years, but still, far, far to briefly. I will forever miss my extraordinary friend.
Judy & Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Heather has shared with me some stories and pictures of Larry that are just wonderful. My sincere condolences to the family.
I, too, want to express my deepest sympathy to you, Judith, and your entire family. Larry was a good friend of mine at CAP. Late in our senior year our group of 20 or more would gather at someone's house to dance and just enjoy each others' company. At one such gathering Larry, Bob Hall and Fernando Teglia performed a lip-sync rendition of "Twenty-six Miles (across the sea)," - complete with props (sailor hats) - made famous by The Four Preps. I think it was meant to be funny and it was! I have my memories of Larry, too. He was a very creative guy and he is fondly remembered in so many ways by so many people. Congratulations, Larry, for a life worth living! And thank you for your friendship so long ago.
Larry was such a wonderful man. He helped so many people his entire life. I have always looked up to him, and will always remember his many words of wisdom.
The many concerts he and Judith took me to, as well as my very first time to Twin Peaks!
I am so completely saddened to hear that he is no longer with us.
Words can not express..
Judith & Family,
I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. When my daughter, Jennifer Ferrari called me to tell me that her favorite mentor/principal from her Belmont school days had passed away, she was very broken up about it as she had continued to keep in touch with him after all these years. Please know that Larry touched her life in a big way & helped her through alot of teenage issues. He is sorely missed & my heart goes out to you all. God Bless.
Dear Judith & family: I was stunned to learn that Larry is gone. I have fond memories of visits with all of you from high school, college, our first jobs in Oakland, and through the years as children grew up and grandchildren appeared. Larry was ever the kind and thoughtful person. So interesting to talk to. I looked forward to our times together. My heartfelt condolences at the loss of a good man.
Mr. Glendinning briefly oversaw my yearbook class when I was at Ralston. During that time I found he was a kind and generous man, as it seems he was to many. My condolences for your family's loss.
I am so very sorry. From the little time I spent in Chiang Mai with you and Ruby, I know what terrific partners you were,as well as parents, and grandparents. It came through in your stories of adventures, your plans in the future, and Ruby. My heart is with you and your family as you begin the healing process. I look forward to time spent in the future when you are ready.
My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. I saw you last at our 45th class reunion. I only attended Cap for 2 yrs. But the fellowship of Larry was an outstanding memory of mine. He took me to the Jr Prom! What a delightful young man he was. Always smiling and upbeat. I know your loss is great, as well as your family.
Sending you my love,
Lee Anne (Winkelman)McCready

I'm so to sorry to hear of Larry's passing. Please except my sincere condolences. Larry and I attended Sunday School together
at the 1st Baptist Church in SB at the corner of Crystal Springs and Cypress when we were little boys. I'm looking at his picture above and I think I could still pick him out of a crowd with that smile.
