Angel Garcia Monroe was born on July 23, 1959 in San Jose and passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, friends, and her regulars on August 17 in San Jose.
Angel worked for the past 3 years at Sonoma Chicken Coop.
She is survived by her son, Freddie Juarez (Stephanie); grandchildren, Christian & Vanessa; brothers, Mitch Monroe (Cathy), Guy Perry, Steve Monroe (Angela), and Jeff Monroe (Connie). She will be missed by all who knew her.
A service will be held at 1pm on Fri Sept 6 at Oak Hill Memorial Park 300 Curtner Ave., San Jose.

my thoughts and prayers are with you Freddie in the Loss of your Mother Angel .I got to know her thru your auntie Denise. Angel was very nice and kind hearted may she rest in peace she will be in hearts forever never forgotten.

I am so saddened to hear of Angel's passing. She was a delight each and every time my friend and I went to the Coop for lunch. Always smiling, always inquisitive, always talking about her grandkids. I am so sorry for your loss - she will be missed!

So sorry to hear of the passing of Angel. I new Angel when she tended bar for the G.I. Forium in San Jose. Angel was a very likable person with a good personality. She will be missed.
