Resident of San Jose
Chris was a long time Bay Area resident, living in Hayward, Newark, Fremont, and San Jose. He was an avid fisherman who loved the outdoors.
Chris loved his family. He is survived by his parents, Charles & Bonita Bowman, his two sisters and their families along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be missed.
The family prefers donations in Chris' name be made to Hope Services (www.hopeservices.org).

I met Chris once at Fat's Asian Bistro. The family was coming from Tahoe and stopped by Folsom. He sat next to me and we chatted a little. I'm so sorry for his loss and my prayers are with Bonita, Chuck and Caroline and the other sister. I love this family... :)

I only knew Chris for a short time, but I can say that he was one of the happiest people I have ever met. He had a positive outlook on things that was just infectious. My condolences to his family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
