As a family friend to the Childress family in Redding, Ca. my heart and soul goes out to all of you, I never met Jessi but i know his uncle Aaron very well and if he is anything like him I know that he is a wonderful man... especially after reading all the comments that were written on this site, and the heroism that he displayed on saving a fellow officer... In my book Jessi you are and will always be a true american hero.... I look forward to the day that we can meet in Heaven, and in God's words it shall be only in a blink of an eye....
