Joe was always the kind of person willing to help regardless of circumstance. By far the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure to know. His talent, his personality will be missed. My condolences.

My family & I did not know you, but were deeply saddened when we came upon the aftermath of your accident. After seeing and reading the touching memorial at the scene, we are so sorry that this world has lost a caring and bright soul. Our wishes and positive energy go out to the family during this difficult time.
We didn't know you or your family but live close by the accident and drive through that intersection daily. We think of you every day as we travel through there. My son is 25 and it breaks my heart for the family for such a loss. Please know you are in our hearts.
